In fact, you can see where the "I" is covering up the other "E". And frankly, given that Texas A&M's current people in charge are trying to nurture the A&M brand, the convenience store would have to pay out the nose to get the rights. In any case, I'm glad you caught the name as it stands--I guarantee it will disappear soon enough.

Doubt it. If you look at the recent victims: Aggieland Pet Zone decided to change to Aggie Pet Zone, but then had to modify to "Waggie Pet Zone", the Aggie Food Mart at the Citgo at Boyett removed the "Aggie", walking up to the AggieLand Book Store to Northgate has the "Land" hastily added in...and frankly, purchasing the rights would be extremely expensive (the money would be better used refurbishing the convenience store, which is one of the dirtiest and darkest stores I've been in in a while).

Renaming this as "Aggie Kwik Stop" makes perfect sense given the Yelp! review. Ha ha, well wait until A&M's lawyers get here, they're known for stomping out "Aggie" anything in town.
